Ever Hope Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your Ever Hope gift product.  We will be pleased to accept returns on items purchased directly from ever-hope.com within 30 days of the order delivery date. 

We cannot accept returns from items purchased from any other retailer or online store other than ever-hope.com 

Product must be unused, undamaged, and be returned in the original product shipping box, if possible, along with the original packing slip.

Your refund will be issued on the same payment method used for purchase.  If your credit card expired or we cannot refund your account for any reason, credit will be applied to your account.   

Note that the original shipping and handling charge will not be credited back to you.
